Ryan Dunn Car Crash
Police revealed that Ryan Dunn’s blood alcohol level was twice the Pennsylvania legal limit at the time he fatally crashed his car earlier this week. Police say that Dunn was intoxicated according to one of their West Chester, Pennsylvania officers. His blood alcohol level was .196 as he got in the driver’s seat on his car on Monday. The Pennsylvania legal limit is 08. No other substances showed up in Dunn’s body.
The police also said that Dunn was driving his Porsche at over 130 mph when the crash occurred which killed Dunn and his passenger by the name of Zachary Hartwell.
On Tuesday the police revealed that Dunn’s Porsche possibly jumped a guardrail, crashing into a ravine then burst into flames. The two men had left a bar called Barnaby’s of America in West Chester. The causes of both deaths were ruled blunt force trauma due to the impact from the wreck as well as burns from the fire.
Unless the toxicology results show otherwise according to employees of the bar where Dunn left from say that he did not seem intoxicated the night of the crash. Reports are that he was just hanging out with some of his friends and have a good time, not a drunk fest. One of the workers from Barnaby’s reports that Dunn “only had a couple of beers here.” While not responsible for his alcohol level they do feel heart-felt sympathy to his family and friends. The worker continues to say “his loss is a big loss to our community. The biggest thing we’re worried about is his friends and family.”
A long time friend of Dunn’s by the name of Bam Margera spoke to a Fox affiliate while full of tears in Pennsylvania and very near the accident scene. Margera says, “I’ve never lost anybody that I care about; he’s my best friend.
“He was the happiest person, the smartest guy with so much talent,” Margera added. “He had so many things going for him. …It is not right.” He recalls that the phone call he received about Dunn was the worst phone call he has ever received. Something he will never forget.

Weird Al and Lady Gaga
Weird Al Yankovic reports to MTV News that all is well between himself and Lady Gaga following some drama between the two of them over Yankovic’s parody of Born This Way. Lady Gaga even ended up giving Weird Al the stamp of approval on his parody.
While at the premiere for “Bad Teacher” which was held in New York Yankovic told reporters that Lady Gaga is now actually a fan of his version of “Perform This Way”. He added that his music video “Perform This Way” which premiered world-wide on Monday is doing very well. The album is entitled Apocalypse and was released Tuesday, June 21, 2011. He was happy to report that all issues between him and Lady Gaga have been resolved.
Yankovic’s parody track on Lady Gaga includes him singing, “Got my straight jacket today”. He then continues with many other topics like remarks about her now famous meat dress where he sings “I strap prime rib to my feet/Cover myself with raw meat/I’ll bet you’ve never seen a skirt steak worn this way.”
At first Lady Gaga was not happy with the song lyrics, but now Yankovic says Lady Gaga has come around. If you are curious to what happened between Yankovic and Lady Gaga prior to the reconciliation…read on.
Yankovic reports that it all boils down to a big misunderstanding of miscommunication. The important part is that it ends happily for all parties. Lady Gaga has approved it and is now totally cool with it and actually likes it.
In his new video, Yankovic presents Lady Gaga in some of her now famous looks like her Grammy egg and her bubble dress. He reports that it was a challenge to taper down the wardrobes for the clips because Lady Gaga has so many diverse looks. Yankovic credits Lady Gaga with having a bigger than life personality. One of the hardest parts was taking twenty four of her costumes and showcasing them in only three minutes. He says while it was difficult to put his own head on a woman’s body, narrowing down the shots of her many costumes was equally as challenging if not more challenging. While making the video he had to use a lot of special effects and many different wardrobes.
Lady Gaga is in good company on the Apocalypse album as she is featured along with Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift and other famous people. It’s very diverse and odd, characteristics which you should expect from a character such as Weird Al Yankovic.

Replacing Regis Philbin?
Some of the rumored names in the hat to replace log time television host Regis Philbin include Kelly’s own husband Mark Consuelos, Andy Cohen and the ever popular Ryan Seacrest.
When Regis Philbin finally leaves “Live! With Regis and Kelly” this coming November, no matter who it is that replaces him they will be faced with enormous shoes to fill.
There are currently at least three different men that Disney-ABC executives think might just be right for the job. Who do you think it will be? Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa should have obvious instant chemistry because they are married. But Ryan Seacrest is good at every venture he takes on. Then there is also Andy Cohen being considered.
The Wall Street Journal says that all three of the men are contenders as replacing Regis Philbin.
Some believe that Consuelos and Cohen have the best shot because they both have co-hosted with Kelly Ripa already on “Live!” and there was great on-air chemistry. Ripa has even turned the tables and been a guest on Cohen’s late-night Bravo show, “Watch What Happens Live.”
As for Consuelos not only is he married to Kelly Ripa, but he has also substituted for Philbin many times over the years and the fans love him. He was given rave reviews because of the couple’s banter.
Some people believe that Ryan Seacrest would not have the time to co-host the show with Ripa.
Seacrest has “American Idol”, which is currently on hiatus with taping beginning again in the fall. He also has an afternoon radio show as well as two Los Angeles-based programs. “Live!” tapes in New York so the geography might not work for him.

Jennifer Lopez Expecting
It seems everywhere you look these days you see or hear about Jennifer Lopez, from the big screen, to the stage of American Idol, to being proclaimed the most beautiful woman, she is all over the news. Once again she is hitting the big screen.
Lionsgate Studios just announced that Ms. Lopez will play a hopeful mom who is looking to adopt in a film adaptation of the best-selling book “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”: which was written by Heidi Murkoff.
Heidi Murkoff’s pregnancy guide is hitting the silver screens following 500 weeks on the New York Times Bestseller list. Murkoff wrote the screenplay as well and it was rewritten by Shauna Cross.
Joining Jennifer Lopez in the romantic comedy will be Cameron Diaz who is currently starring in “Bad Teacher”. Ms. Diaz has her share of being seen everywhere these days. The comedy will be directed by Kirk Jones who also did “Nanny McPhee.”
Lopez plays Holly, a lady having trouble conceiving a baby with her spouse and decides to adopt a child overseas. Lopez’s story is just one of four stories that will be highlighted throughout the film.
Lopez successfully portrayed a woman wanting a baby in the hit movie The Back-Up Plan in 2010. Her co-star in that movie was Alex O’Loughlin who joined Lopez along the journey she took as she had previously conceived through artificial insemination. Surprise – it’s twins that bring double joy to the two stars in this hit movie. The Back-Up plan is the first movie she did after having her twins in 2008 and proved once again she can also perform well in a comedy type roll
Lopez’s new role will be released for Mother’s Day weekend in 2012. Filming is expected to start this summer for “What to Expect When You’re Expecting.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Child
Do you believe Mildred Baena’s claim that she made no money from Hello! Magazine to finally break her silence about giving birth to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s illegitimate child? Where did the pictures of their look-alike son come from then?
It seems that many people are now raising questions about the onetime housekeeper’s story about not making money on her story. Sources who are close to the former Governor and Actor and his now estranged wife, Maria Shriver, are taking issue with the housekeeper’s statement that she did not get to inform him about their now 13-year old son Joseph.
Mildred insists, “I never told him. I never told anyone except my mother.”
Insiders claim to People Magazine that “Arnold’s been providing for the kid ever since he found out he was the father, which was when the kid was a young child.”
Adds another spectator, “I am 100 percent sure that Arnold knew Joseph was his son for some, if not many, years. He did not know when she was pregnant and perhaps not even until he was a toddler, but he knew when the boy was very young.”
According to Baena, who worked in the famous couple’s house for 20 years, “I knew Arnold was the father, and maybe as Joseph got older and began to look like him, he [Arnold] wondered. But he never said anything to me.”
Mildred explained away their resemblance by telling people that the Austria-born “Arnold had a friend who would come over from Germany, and he was the father.”
Their love child was told about a year ago that Arnold was his father by his grandmother. Joseph responded, “Cool!”
Shriver became suspicious of the child when she began hearing stories whispered about the boy’s Arnold-esque resemblance.
Shriver confronted her housekeeper and then Baena tells Hello!, “We held each other, and I told her it wasn’t Arnie’s fault, that it takes two.”
Shriver is now focused on protected her four kids from Schwarzenegger’s scandal as much as possible.
“While Maria may not have been as angry at Mildred as she was at Arnold, her instinct would be to protect her family,” shares a family friend and confidant. “Whatever she did in the aftermath was about taking care of her kids, trying to shield them and trying to minimize the repercussions.”

The Shoe Showdown
Katie Holmes has big shoes to fill, but according to the talented actor her 5-year old daughter Suri is already giving her a run for her money. Well maybe she isn’t actually filling Katie’s shoes up, but she sure has a collection of her own shoes that would make any girl young or old jealous.
When asked by Renee Bargh from “Extra’s” who has the biggest closet of shoes, the actress replied, “I hope that she always has more shoes. That’s the right thing.” Katie continued to say that she and her daughter have a “mutual love” for clothes and fashion.
The actress later stepped out on the town in a stunning Max Mara outfit that included a brand new $15,000 accessory on one of her fingers when she went to the 2011 Crystal and Lucy Awards on Thursday in Beverly Hills
This event honored Katie Holmes as “The Face of the Future.” The 32-year old arrived and was not with husband Tom Cruise. She told Bargh, “I am so excited to be a woman in Hollywood today. I’m very excited to be in this room full of so many amazing women.”
Some of the A-list ladies included: Geena Davis, Elle Fanning, Annette Bening, Cote De Pablo – who commented, “Very few times you actually get to do this… so this is a treat.”
Holmes told the crowd that her mother was the most positive role model in her own life recalling, “When I told them at the age of 16 that I wanted to come to Hollywood, they gave me a big hug and said, ‘We support you.’”
Looks like the 16-year old made the right choice. She has it all. A successful career, a great family and a gorgeous look that is “The Face of the Future.”

Crystal Not Happy with Hugh
Wondering why the wedding of Crystal Harris and Hugh Hefner was called off? Crystal ‘didn’t feel comfortable’ that Hefner still had other ladies in his life. Why does this come as a shock to her? This has been his lifestyle for as long as most of us can remember.
The 25-year old model that called off the wedding to Hefner who is the boss of Playboy did so just short of a week before the planned wedding date of 06.18.2011. She had second thoughts about the monogamy situation and reveals that the reason she said yes in the first place was because he proposed in front of a camera crew.
She told US TV show Entertainment Tonight: “I wasn’t the only woman in Hef’s life. I didn’t feel comfortable in my heart knowing that and getting married to him, because a marriage is between two people. That’s not what our relationship was.”
“It happened so fast. Hef asked me to marry him in front of three cameras and a photographer. I thought it was something I wanted.”
Hugh Hefner who is now 85 is continued to recoup from his heartache by watching and making romantic comedy with other Playmates who live in the Playboy mansion.
The 85-year old tweeted: “Anna invited some of the playmates over to watch a movie to cheer me up. Anna, the girls & I watched Adam Sandler & Drew Barrymore in 50 First Dates tonight. (sic)’”
One of Hugh’s well known ex-girlfriends Kendra Wilson expressed that she thinks the magazine mogul should take “time to breathe” since the breakup of his recent relationship to Crystal. She added, ‘I’m leaving him alone right now. He needs time to breathe and grieve. Obviously I feel really bad for him and the situation.’

Wet Hot American Summer
One beloved film that help to launch the careers of some of today’s top comedy actors, directors and writers which was released in 2001 may be having a prequel. “Wet Hot American summer” starred some actors who were overaged for their roles as summer campers and camp counselors set in 1981.
Now fast forward ten years to today and you may get to see an even more ridiculous version of the film.
Michael Showalter and David Wain co-wrote and directed the hilarious film which had stars such as Paul Rudd, Janeane Garofalo, David Hyde Pearce, Michael Ian, Molly Shannon and Christopher Meloni among others. The prequel that is currently in the works will star some of these same actors.
“Yes, we have been talking about a sequel, prequel, something or other,” Wain told Jeff Goldsmith via Indiewire to the Q&A Podcast. “The prequel would be the same summer so they would be 20 years old for the part yeah, but not younger. So it would be 40 year olds playing 16 year olds. And yeah, we’re in the early stages of thinking about that.”
It would be an entertaining experiment, especially because some of the film’s smaller players have since become big stars, like Amy Poehler, Elizabeth Banks and Bradley Cooper. Would the film focus more on the big name stars? Or would they bring in new characters? Tough questions to answer right now.
But one thing’s is for sure: it’ll be one of the most expected cult films in recent recollection.

Kim Kardashian’s Wedding
Kim Kardashian is just getting her feet wet with the whole engagement and wedding planning details, but already her sister Khloe is calling her a Bridezilla. Could it have something to do with Kim’s excessive wedding registry for her special day?
Kim, 30, recently announced her newlywed-to be status to NBA player Kris Humphris who is only 26. Since announcing the engagement in May Kim has registered for wedding and shower gifts at Gearys and the well know retail store Williams-Sonoma. Gearys is a luxurious Beverly Hills store.
People magazine learned that the gifts that the famous Kim Kardashian has registered for include Hermes presentation plates at a price of $304 each, a $325 black resting statue by Lalique and get this a $7,500 Baccarat Cosmos vase.
The Geary’s registry even includes 24 sets of five-piece silverware, costing $1,600 each and a silver-plated coffeepot which cost only $1,650. The Geary’s registry contained a valuable piece of information – the wedding date of October 31. However, according to E! News the now famous and lavish couple will not be getting hitched on Halloween.
Ms. Kardashian and the soon-to-be Mr. Kardashian J began dating in December of last year and the NBA player proposed to Kim in May with a 20.5 carat engagement ring that also had a lavish price tag – $1 million.
The New Jersey Nets’ Humphries will be the second NBA player to join the reality television family. Khloe married Lamar Odom from the Los Angeles Lakes in 2009. Khloe’s wedding was put together beautifully in only 9 days. She predicts that her sister Kim will do it up big.
“Kim goes big. It’s not going to be small. And I joke and I say it will be like the Royal Wedding, because she is just like that,” Khloe Kardashian told People earlier in the month. “I don’t want to help because Kim is going to be such a bridezilla! If I do one thing wrong, I’ll be screwed! But I would love to be in the wedding.”
Kim’s engagement and upcoming lavish wedding will be featured on the newest season of the hit reality series, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” which premiered Sunday, June 12 on its home station of E! the entertainment network.
No wedding date has been announced as of yet. This will be Kim’s second marriage as she was married for about four years to music producer Damon Thomas. She was only 19 at the time.

Shannon Tweed's Reality Show
Gene Simmons and his longtime girlfriend Shannon Tweed’s reality show drama is spilling over into their press interviews for the show.
During an appearance on HLN’s “The Joy Behar Show,” set to air on Wednesday, Tweed walks out of the interview in the middle of taping after Simmons jokes about the number of women he has slept with.
Simmons and Tweed have been dating since 1985. Simmons is a bass player and singer in the band KISS. Tweed is a former Playboy Playmate and actress who had a recurring role on “Days of our Lives.” The couple share two children together, Nicholas, 22, and Sophie,18. The family is featured on the A&E reality show “Gene Simmons Family Jewels.”
The six season of the reality show airs on June 14 at 10 p.m. The couple’s arguments about Simmons’ wandering eyes have been the features in many promotional clips for the reality series.
During the interview on Behar’s show, Tweed pulls off Simmons’ glasses and calls him a pig. Shortly clips are shown from the premiere, Simmons says, “We belong together and the fact that she stuck by me for 28 years, warts and all.”
Behar questions Simmons about his “philandering ways” and the singer admits to cheating.
Tweed asks, “In the last, what month? Month?”
“No,” Simmons responds after Behar asks him the same question.
Behar then shows a clip from an interview she did with Alice Cooper in which they discuss Simmons’ claim that he’s slept with about 5,000 women. Simmons then makes a joke about the clip which causes Tweed to storm off.
Behar admits that she thought the couple was putting on an act, but Simmons says, “No, this is actually happening to us.”
On Monday, the couple also had an exchange on “The Today Show.” Simmons referenced both of his interviews on his Twitter account.
“Did The Today Show — ouch…Kathie Lee and Hoda tore into me. Shannon is the angel. I’m the devil,” Simmons tweeted on Monday. Later her added ” Joy Behar. Ouch again.”
Meanwhile, Tweed addressed a few Twitter fans who accused the two of putting on an act to promote their show.
“NOT BS! No relationship is perfect. We hit a rough patch and we’re showing it.Working it out.Watch or not,” Tweed tweeted on Tuesday. She also apologized to Behar saying, “So sorry @JoyVBehar ! Guess I’m a little sensitive.”
